The Journey Forward is Camp Mohawk’s annual campaign, which contributes to financial aid for girls and women who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford to come to camp. Making your gift to the Journey Forward not only helps to send a girl to camp, but it changes her life.
Donating to the Journey Forward helps ensure Mohawk’s continued success and prosperity, and ensures that we’ll never have to turn a girl away because of her financial situation.

We want to guarantee a prosperous future for Camp Mohawk and we need your help to build the first Mohawk endowment. Growing an endowment for Camp Mohawk will help us maintain and continue serving young girls with the experience of a lifetime, for the next 100 years!
Mohawk Society members have confirmed their long-term commitment to the mission of YMCA Camp Mohawk by planning a gift bequest in their wills and estate planning to help children and families benefit from a Camp Mohawk experience for many years into the future.
This endowment will ensure that Camp Mohawk has the resources to support any ups and downs over the coming years, and will also help us INVEST in our future, to include new infrastructure to new programs, and serving more girls over the coming years. Our endowment fund will provide a stable, predictable source of income for our non-profit organization and is a testament to our organization’s plan to sustain our future.

The Arlene Foulds fund helps provide a scholarship to an outstanding staff member with financial need.
CINDY MORSE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FUND
This Fund helps provide support for our CIT Program as well as ongoing training for staff.
STAFF APPRECIATION FUND
Our Staff Appreciation Fund is great way to show your appreciation for our hard working staff. All funds will be placed toward the end of summer staff party

As you know, we strive to provide a quality program here at Mohawk. We supply all the necessary equipment for our programs, but you can help us by donating items you’ve got kicking around at home that you don’t need anymore. We can give them a new home at Mohawk where they will be used with care and appreciated.

Our Annual Spring Work Day is held in May. It is a day for any parents, campers, staff past and present, to come and lend a hand in getting camp ready for the summer!
