What if my daughter has an Epi Pen, or an inhaler?

Both Epi Pens and inhalers need to arrive at camp in their original box, with the Medication Authorization filled out by your physician. If you would like your daughter to keep the Epi Pen or inhaler with her at all times, your physician must indicate this on the Medication Authorization by checking off “Self-Administered”.

We encourage you to send as many Epi Pens as possible so we can disperse them throughout the camp. We keep Epi Pens in our Health Center for campers who did not know they were allergic, or to be used as a second shot if necessary.
