What happens when a spot becomes available for my daughter?

If a spot becomes available, we will contact you immediately. If we reach a voicemail we will leave a detailed message. You will have 24 hours from the time that we call you to decide if you would like to accept the spot. You must contact the office before the 24 hours are up and register with our office personnel. Payment for camp must be made in full before May 1st—or if you receive your spot after May 1st, it is due upon acceptance. We will send you confirmation via email that you are registered in that session.
